By partnering with Thailand’s National Science and Technology Development Agency (“BIOTEC”), YHL analyzes desirable traits, identifies specific genetic markers, and breeds a unique genetic line (PHI-TIK) of Pacific white shrimp that is more disease-resistant, better adapted to stressful environments, and capable of achieving higher growth rates—producing up to four crops per year compared to the typical two.
- Our Vannamei broodstock are exported to Vietnam, Taiwan, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and East Asia.
- Full traceability: We supply all the post-larvae shrimp for our own grow-out ponds.
